A valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months or more).
- Offer letter / admission letter (from the institution that has confirmed admission).
- Completed visa application form.
- Passport size photograph.
- Proof of tuition fee payment (partial or full).
- Bank solvency / bank statement (which shows that you can afford your studies and living expenses).
- Educational qualification certificates (SSC / HSC / Graduation transcripts and certificates).
- IELTS / TOEFL scores (if the university requires it).
- Medical certificate (some countries require a health examination report).
- Travel insurance (many countries require it).

is usually given according to the duration of the study.
- If the course is 1 year, the visa is for 1 year, and if it is 3-4 years, it is for that period.
- In many countries, a Post Study Work Permit or Stay Back Option is given after completing the study.
